2003 Mayacamas - Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder
Delicious. Concentrated. More plum fruit than I expected, with spice too. Tannic but drinking very well.

Toast and flowers on the nose with a hint of apple. Very crisp acidity with flavors of bread, green apple and lime.

Floral scent. Yeast, apple and citrus flavors with a little vanilla.

Herbal and a little funky on the nose. Delicious though, with current, bitter chocolate and olive flavors. Really interesting wine.

2002 Gimonnet, Pierre - Brut Blanc de Blancs Fleuron 1er Cru
Prominent lemon aroma with grapefruit flavor with toast and a little butter. Very crisp with a long finish.
