Marcel Ott, an Alsatian agricultural engineer with a pioneer spirit, set out to create a wine-producing estate in 1896. His first attempts were in the region of Cavalaire. It was in 1912, however, at Chateau de Selle, that Ott's family adventure was ultimately launched.
