Lovely irridescent pink robe. Fine mousse with a hint of pink. Faint Pinot bouquet, bubbly then silky on the palate with a long, champagne-like finish. Like a Champagne Rose', only fuller and fruitier. One of the standouts in our Champagne & Sparklers tasting. Good QPR, ready now, would buy again.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
