We had this with "Gambas a la menorquina" on 3/1/09. It had a sweet bouquet with watermelon candy, strawberry and spice aromas. The palate followed exactly with lots of bubbles. It had a moderate, 30 second, finish, was fairly good and I enjoyed it.
