Consistent notes. Fully mature and much improved in richness and openness after 3-1/2 years from purchase. Bright golden color. Very effervescent; lovely nose of citrus & fruit; yeasty/toasty flavors with good vigor; lemon meringue & grapefruit; complex; long dry satisfying finish. Drinking well.

Silky, citrus, with a light mineral finish. Still drinking well, good value.

Moderate bubbliness, light gold. Floral, yeasty, with apple and citrus. Woody and nutty on the palate with a good deal of body. Very nice

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
