Much improved after 3 years of aging in bottle (purchased March, 2010). Very effervescent, light golden color; lovely nose of citrus & fruit; yeasty/toasty flavors with good vigor; lemon meringue & grapefruit; complex; long dry satisfying finish. Drinking well now

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
