A blend of the three traditional Champagne varietals - 48% Pinot Meunier, 36% Chardonnay, and 16% Pinot Noir - this lovely bubbly has a pale gold color and ultra-fine mousse. There is an exquisite perfume of anise, mint, and grilled toast along with yellow stone fruit and just a hint of cherry. Freshness and vivacity pervade the palate as do notes of mineral, herbs and the continued stone-fruit. The almost microscopic bubbles give the impression of additional freshness and elegance. There was no dosage added to this brilliant "signature cuvee."

Surprisingly crisp while maintaining a smooth finished. Bears a reminisce of a previous Chablis; taste exceeds the fair price.
