This smells fresh! Apples and bread dough. A refined and elegant champagne with mellow bubbles that is a good all round champagne for every occasion.

One of the best NV Brut Reserves I've tried from Billecart in recent years! Perfect amount of oak which is in the background but doesn't overpower the wine. Rich fruit of apple and bosc pear with a creamy long finish. Great texture and expansive in the mouth.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
