Low US Retail is updated twice a month and excludes outlier listings. Detailed listings are sourced daily from our partner, Global Wine Stocks, and may include outliers. Note that you can use the 'Report a problem' link which appears after clicking on any individual listing to notify our content team and partner of incorrect wine matches.
Auction prices are based on actual auction results (inclusive of buyerÂ’s premiums) of 750ml bottle sizes only. As auction prices fluctuate from auction to auction and some wines have limited auction activity, the average auction price is updated twice a month and derived from a proprietary algorithm.

The Clio never disappoints...deep, and rich, almost port like at times it still glides over the palate, deftly hiding its alcohol. It's like drinking blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream and somehow there was a touch of honey almost which was unexpected. This was my attempt to turn someone on to Spanish wine that wasn't very familiar and it was certainly as close as one could get to a sure thing, though at the same time does not typify the country. Decanted and then filtered the rest back into bottle to finish later.

I have not tried my 2010's yet but past experience suggest this wine needs to sit at least three hours before serving. Might want to try in about three years, way too young.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
