Not overly flavorful, with some grassy notes and a slight salty touch on the finish.

Drink Dates 2011-2015

Shows the warmth of its terroir, with plenty of ripe, tropical guava, mandarin orange and Meyer lemon. Rather heavy on the palate and relatively low in acidity. That said, this would probably work well with heavier fish dishes, like Moroccan grilled swordfish. If you're looking for "grassy" flavors, don't look here. Drink now through 2015.
