The 2009 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard captures the energy and focus of this site in the Sonoma Coast appellation. There is an energy and drive to the Gap's Crown that is unique among the Kosta Browne Pinots. Cool, mineral infused notes and wild flowers add lift on the finish. The Gap's Crown was made with 10% whole clusters.

has a vibrant aromatic note kissed with violet, lavender and mulled sweet cherry with whiffs of bittersweet chocolate. The palate keeps the vibrancy of the red fruit on entry quickly fleshing out into a supple black fruit m�©lange mid-palate with graphite, kirsch and orange skins providing an intriguing counterpoint to the finish.
