Bright ruby. Powerful black raspberry and cherry pit aromas are complicated by sexy oak spices and a hint of mocha. Lush and round, with dark berry and candied licorice flavors enlivened by tangy acids and firmed by dusty, fine-grained tannins. Finishes sweet and very long, with a silky texture and smoky floral and herbal notes.

The 2009 Pinot Noir Estate is a gorgeous, sensual wine. Sweet red cherries, flowers and spices waft from the glass in the layered, exquisite Pinot. Rochioli's Estate Pinot is easily one of the very finest wines in its price range. A long, silky finish leaves a lasting impression. This is all polish and elegance.
