Light wheat color, it possesses an alluring bouquet of fruit and yeast. The wine exhibits a substantial concentration with notes of melon.

Very bright, crisp and lemon flavors, yet not too sweet.

Not your usual CA SB: fresh quince, lemon zest, grapefruit, musky note and rich lees underneath. Palate has weight and complexity but remains refreshing and true to variety. High acidity cloaked in perfectly ripe fruit, flavours follow nose, lemon deepening into meyer lemon and the quince into guava. Welcome touch of chalk (even stone?) in the texture, very long finish. Classy wine; lovely to drink now.

Bright nose of lime and mineral turns more serious on the palate with some leesy density and complexity. Balanced with zippy acidity on the medium-length, refreshing finish.

Mild Sauvignon Blanc character, freshly cut hay, quince and sweet melon. Slighty tropical flavor profile. Perhaps a bit of the musque clone in it providing increased richness? Great texture and balance. Well made wine.

With pale lemon color in the glass, aromas of lemon-lime citrus and green apple dominate with notes of earth and mineral. On the palate, the body has weight and complexity with flavors of lemon citrus and orchard fruit alongside a lively backbone of acidity which lingers on a clean finish.

I really enjoyed this wine. It's a a pleasant, but deceptively complex sauvignon blanc with wet stone, citrus, barely ripe passion fruit and flint aromas that also make an appearance on the palate. I also enjoy the wine's ability to display a sense of weight on the palate, while at the same time leaving a mouth-watering, lively and lasting finish.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
