Note that you can use the 'Report a problem' link which appears after clicking on any individual listing to notify our content team and partner of incorrect wine matches.
Auction prices are based on actual auction results (inclusive of buyerÂ’s premiums) of 750ml bottle sizes only. As auction prices fluctuate from auction to auction and some wines have limited auction activity, the average auction price is updated twice a month and derived from a proprietary algorithm.

Drink Dates 2015-2030

a compelling wine in the midst of blossoming into a great bordeaux. huge beautiful nose, this baby is still brimming with tannins, but already is developing the complex fruit tones to handle it. give it 2-3 more years for maximum pleasure, but enjoy now with cheese, red meats and game.

Softripe forest fruits coming through, plenty of tannin, needs time, but if you have to drink it now let it breath for 1+ hours

The 2008 was very good. This might be better. This winery was just bought by Phelan Segur, the next door neighbor. Dark, rich and spicey, with full body and a long finish. Well balanced throughout.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
