What a mouthful of silky dark fruit, black licorice, tar, and sweet herbs. It is an intense, ripe wine with considerable sweetness and perfume aromas. The flavors are so grabbing that you hate to swallow it, but are well rewarded with a lengthy finish when you do. Kudos to Russell P From for making this masterpiece.

Consumed over two nights. A touch better as a pop and pour with an hour of hour. Crushed blueberries, bacon fat, licorice, black pepper, and black fruits make up this wonderful wine. A bit hot on the finish but still a killer wine!

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
