Big full throttle grenache. But, a little hot. High alcohol level is pretty obvious. Perhaps it will gain a little bit more finesse with a few more years time. Let's hope so.

Drink Dates 2010-2015

Big and boisterous as usual, weird nose but the palate was deep, concentrated and complex. The nose was off, smelled of plastic and rubber. The palate was the usual ripe strawberry, briary cassis, red licorice.

I like Herman Story wines but this one is just too sweet. Nothing but sugar.
