Drink Dates 2010-2012

A bit closed on day 1 but opened up on the 2nd day. Velvety on the palate and decent fruit on the nose. Drinking well now but will benefit from another 1-2 years in the cellar.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
