This dark, ruby Syrah offers up some nice smoky, inky aromatics along with black cherries and blackberries. On the palate, the wine has a rich mouthfeel and tastes of black fruit with a hint of petroleum. Most likely this wine would have shone better if drunk a bit younger to really let the fruit shine, but it's still excellent with roasted meat.
