Bone-dry with lots of mineral tones. Lime seems to predominate the other fruit flavors at this time. Would be better to age this for a while. (2011)
Now (2013) has developed into a beautiful off-dry riesling with wonderful acidity and a well-rounded citrus profile. LOVED IT.

Lemon yellow with a sheen of green. Classic stony minerality on the nose; lime and a hint of sherbet; very aromatic. Vary crisp acidity, tart with lemon and lime. Slightly hard at the finish, needs more time but definitely has the structure to develop. Will be excellent in 8-10 years.
