Really good Zin. Had over two nights, both tasty.
Very soft and loaded with blueberry and black fruit. Almosy cab-like. What it lacks in structure it makes up with finesse.
Text book Dry Creek zin. Complex notes of pepper and sage
Finish and balance improved with a trip through the Vinturi, otherwise a bit too much alcohol on the finish. Terrific with pork loin.
