Another top-notch effort is the deep ruby/purple-hued, forest floor and floral-scented 2007 Pinot Noir Pisoni Vineyard. Full-bodied and dense, with excellent fruit, a beautiful texture, and sweet tannin, this lovely Pinot should age effortlessly for 8-10 years. Proprietor Adam Lee told me 10% whole clusters and 50% new oak were used during the fermentation process.

Offers broad flavors, mixing ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry fruit that's pure, rich and complex, turning elegant and supple. Full-bodied, this is long and persistent on the finish.

Amazing rich, smooth wine. Dark red, great nose. Was perfect for priime rib and even had some with grilled tuna.

One of the best Pinot's I have ever tasted, and I am a restaurant manager. Siduri did a great job representing a true Pinot Noir.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
