This bottle showed a much plumper, rounder profile, and less acidity, than the previous four I've consumed. Lots of pear, meyer lemon and a hint of smoke on the finish. Was hoping for more adicity.

Drinkable, food-friendly and unbelievably affordable. Keep a bottle or two around for casual occasions.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
