Drink Dates 2012-2018

An incredibly smooth and easy drinking wine with a lot of glycerin. Not an over the top wine with heavy fruit and tannin but rather bright fruit and tannins that are very integrated. In one word elegant. This is not a giant new world wine but rather a balance of old and new that creates a very satisfying drink

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
