Following the winemaking traditions of Bordeaux has allowed Cadence to translate the Red Mountain appellation grapes they source into serious single vineyard wines. This wine was a bit disappointing. It has good blackberry flavors but just a medium body. It rallies with a long finish, but it is just too thin for me.
