A light steely appearance with a nose of light petroleum, citrus, flowers and apple. Tastes of citrus with a zing, white peach, apple and flowers. The body was sparkling and overall this was a good wine.

Fruity nose and honeyed palate. Beware of the hint of sulphur lingering at first so let this one have some air before trying. Overall, an excellent Riesling if you like them sweeter. First Prum I've had and won't be the last.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
