Crisp and bright, nice balance. Lacked complexity, but a solid wine that was enjoyed with roasted chicken and rosemary potatoes.

As usual, there is lots going on with Conundrum. Buttery, floral with apple, citrus and plenty of other flavors and aromas. A fun wine to drink.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
