Lots of pears and lots of minerality. Good complexity with very special wet rock kind of minerals. Have an advanced and elegant feel. Hints of subtle flavors. The advanced, light and intense minerality is inviting for salad and appetizers. Mild acidity with medium finish.

minerally driven. chewy with tannins. Need more time.
