Rose petal and lilac nose with supple blueberry and creamy cherry and anise. A little bark on the palate entry with solid black cherry, licorice and mineral.
It appears to have aged rather elegantly. Slightly smoky and a bit of pine type forest floor. Fruit comes across mainly as dried strawberries and a little cherry. Acidity, oak, and tannins have balanced nicely in the mouth with a fairly long finish.
