parker has it wrong. this wine is now bursting with power and flavors. it is intense and full bodied for a brunello. but the tannins are now ready and the fruit bomb makes it all worth the wait. this will continue to age and develop but it is drinking super now.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
