Rich and full bodied...loads of tropical fruit, coconut, pineapple...and a rich round mouthfeel with a long finish. This is a monster of a chard. Not usually my style, but it's really grown on me...had it with a nice seared yellow tail with a brown butter sage sauce and the two were magnificent together.

A beautiful, subtle, well-balanced Chardonnay. Lovely, lingering finish of biscuits and caramel with just enough acid to justify 3-5 more years of bottle age.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
