Low US Retail is updated twice a month and excludes outlier listings. Detailed listings are sourced daily from our partner, Global Wine Stocks, and may include outliers. Note that you can use the 'Report a problem' link which appears after clicking on any individual listing to notify our content team and partner of incorrect wine matches.

Auction prices are based on actual auction results (inclusive of buyerÂ’s premiums) of 750ml bottle sizes only. As auction prices fluctuate from auction to auction and some wines have limited auction activity, the average auction price is updated twice a month and derived from a proprietary algorithm.

This wine very oaky and tasted too much like wood.

Currant and some plum flavors on the nose. Full bodied with fine tannins. A bold red, but not overpowering. Best when paired with red sauce Italian dishes.

Consistent with the last bottle, showing a simple but good flavor profile of dried cherry fruit on the nose, medium weight on the midpalate and black tea and orange peel on the finish, which was long considering its price point. Terrific QPR, would buy again.

In its usual fine form - just delicious berry flavors, nice fruit up front that isn't huge that softens into an easy finish.

Great nose but fell short on the palate. A great pairing for tomato based dishes.

This is one of our all-time favorite everyday wines. Nice clean Sangiovese flavors for an amazing price. This is the wine that our friends always ask us to buy for them whenever we get more. We buy it by the case. Compares well to Sangioveses and Chiantis that sell for 3 times or more as much.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
