I served this with duck risotto at a dinner party on 10/26/08. It was great. There were strong aromas of cassis, black cherry, chocolate, mocha and spice. It was tannic, but very approachable with flavors of cassis, black cherry, chocolate, mocha & spice. This was very good, but needs more time.
