Issue 183

The blocks used by Tyler are planted to Martini (clone 13), and Champagne (clone 31). Shows aromas of violet-laced chocolate, loamy cherry and smoke-kissed graphite. The palate is very focused, showing an acid structure similar to Fiddlestix. The texture is velvet-like black cherry, violet and black raspberry

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
