Good stuff, settled in and not an oak beast like I was expecting. Excellent fruit, concentrated and pure this can go easily another 5-8 years as it has mellowed some in the tannin dept. Spice, meat, pepper, currant, great acidity. Nicely done.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
