Stunning. Apple, lemon, honeysuckle mixed with spice in all the right proportions. This one is unforgettable.

Absolutely phenomenal wine. Rich, elegant, balanced fruit with a long smooth finish. The type of wine that you gulp down despite your efforts to carefully savor and enjoy as long as possible. (2 bottles tasted, both superb.)

Golden color, nose of bourbon whiskey, maple syrup, and honey. Taste of honey, maple syrup, appricot with mild acidity. Reminiscent of honey lemon cough drops. Definitely sweet and syrupy. Still an infant.

Wow! Just an extraordinary bottle of wine. Honey, hay, honeysuckle on the nose and palate. Waves of flavor. Finish just goes on and on.

Mind-blowingly good; this is pure botrytis. Sweet, yes, but with a clean, crisp finish and enough acidity to keep it all honest. A myriad of flavors on the mid-palate - orange marmalade, honeysuckle, citrus, jasmine, fennel, mineral, all cast in an airy, botrycised frame. If it's this good now, it's scary to think what this wine will be like when it really hits its stride.

Classic Sauternes. Drink to appreciate.
