Tasted over three nights. Peaked about 5 hours after opening through the 3rd night, with the espresso component really showing as time went on. Lots of dark, jammy fruit emerges, with licorice, spice, and coffee notes. Very nice!

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
