WOW.As good as the hype. Rich, apricots, citrus, "white strawberry", unctious,round, integrated and extraordinary long finish. The next day some leftover standing in a glass was still spectacular. Incredibly looking forward to trying over future years as this wine ages but gosh is it great now.

pure, blissful nectar

Explodes on the palate with orange zest, quince and jasmine, with a little sea spray (mineral?) on the finish. The texture and weight is very light - almost airy - but the flavors are intense and focused. Fruit, mineral and acidity all in balance. A very well made wine - even those who claim to not like stickies would like this. Screw cap.

Pencil shavings, smoke, and pear on the nose. Supple yet structured mouth feel. Terrific bottle.

An absolutely delectable dessert, full of dried apricot, strawberry preserve, honeysuckle blossom, over-ripe pineapple and a m?lange of sweet spices that never overwhelm or cloy. While the wine was exceptionally endowed and rich, the precision, delineation and focus are what set Baumard apart from the rest of the pack. The poor man?s Y?quem of the Loire strikes again
