Color: Transparent between lemon and straw. Nose: Honeysuckle, notes of Meyer lemon. Extremely well-balanced palate. Soft vanilla on front, hints of gala apples, mild butter, and even trace olive zest. A superior chardonnay. Enjoyed with pan-fried perch and haricot verts.
