Decadent, with burnt caramel, pineapple, orange marmalade, and kiwi. Great!

Nose makes you believe its a beautiful still mead. Lots of fermented honey, and magnolia. Taste and mothfeel nearly perfect. Not too heavy or sweet. Layers and layers of tropical fruit, honey, some fresh almonds. Finish goes on for over 60+ seconds. A truly classic wine!

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
