Clear, deep, intense golden hues with watery rim. Clean aromas of buttered popcorn, pear and butterscotch. Dry palate of lusciously creamy pears and buttery stone fruits with oaky vanilla coming out at the end. A very well balanced California, oaked Chardonnay that has clearly undergone MLF. A favortie, full bodied, mouth-coating extravaganza.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
