a nice full body wine with a great creamy mid-pallet and a nice finish. The nose is right on as well.

Dark berries, dense tannins, dry finish. A little tougher for my taste, probably better decanted. Did not give it any time before pouring and should have. Definitely a steak wine.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
