Peter Thompson knew for 20 years he wanted to be involved in the wine business, and in 1995 he took the first steps toward fulfilling his goal. Comprised of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petite Verdot. The nose is smooth boysenberry and chocolate mole. The palate shows some firm acidity to go along with the rich, supple fruit.

Ten years is all it takes. Lengthy tannins with red fruit.
