I love this Chablis. Core of citrus fruit and lemon oil with a hint of Sweetarts (yes I know that sounds odd but doesn't taste odd). Framed by notes of vanilla bean. Wonderful minerality and flavors of wet stone. Vibrant acidity. This all is well balanced and follows through on a lipsmacking, lengthy finish.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
