With the traditional P.S. black inky color, this offering has earthy aromas of moss and truffles. Lighter hints of mexican chocolate and chocolate ganache accent the nose, as well! Spicy flavors of roasted game and stewed vegetables begin the experience with a fairly short finish. Light acidity and tannins allow for an easy drink, but still leave something to be desired. The finish, be it short, is mostly full of ripe berry juice with a small hint of that chocolate ganache rearing its lovely taste!
