Straw in color. Low rim variation. Red Currant. Quince. Small bubbles. Medium bodied. Medium finish.

I am already a fan of Iron Horse, this particular vintage of Blanc de Blanc had a rich feeling on the palate, with hints of citrus and summer fruit.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
