This wine never disappoints, my 3rd bottle and I love it just as mush a the first. I feel like this is Foley with some reigns as the alcohol is not perceptively high, the fruit is plush and persistent, with silky smooth tannins and a long, perfume and fruit laden finish. Mocha dusted cherries, blackberry, licorice and spicy/sweet oak aromas and flavors.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
