Wow -- was happily surprised to find such a quality wine at this price point. Not hte overpowering Shiraz I would have assumd from Australia, this blend had enough fruit and tannins to deliver an enjoyable, well rounded experience. Blackberry, dark fruit balanced out with some spice (cinnamon?). I'd stock up on this wine in a heartbeat.

Outstanding, complex, rich wine, nicely balanced. May need a little more time in the bottle.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
