Ruby and medium dark colour. Strong and big heavy nose, some cedarwood and dark fruit, many layers. A big wine with full body and strong tannin backbone. A lot of flavour still developing but really big strength. Would be very interesting to see how it develop in future. Medium long aftertaste.

Similar aromatic and flavor profile to Mouton, w/ an echoed violet, purple and blue fruit nature to its demeanor. There is brightness and lift, w/ perfect acidity carrying it?s symmetrical flavors that are characterized w/ more depth and presence than the Mouton.

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
