It decanted for 2 hours and was served with Apricot Lamb Chops on 12/10/07. It had a nice bouquet of cedar, smoke, and perfume aromas. The palate was smooth and silky with black plum, raspberry, and spices flavors. It had a good balance with a long tannic finish (dry and a little astringent).
