Drink Dates 2008-2015

Give it some time in glass or soft decant and it will pay. Complex, structured, mouthwatering, in where tipe berries fruit like blueberry, raspberry simpply dominates along with some plum, blackcurrant and toasty vanilla oak. Could improve a little more pon 2010.

Barrel Sample Inky purple in color. The nose is layered iwth chocolate, minerals, black fruits, cherries and more. Tangy with a high acidity and rich dense tannins. The palate is a mess of flavors that have yet to sort themselves out. Chocolate, dark fruits, rich spices, and more. This wine appears to be a monster. 4.5/5

A flawed bottle may be affected by cork taint, heat (maderized), oxidation, or excessive sulfur. Additionally, some people consider wines tainted by Brettanomyces (Brett), a non-spore forming genus of yeast, a flaw although there is much controversy surrounding the subject.
